Service/Machine Repairs If a machine has a problem or is broke, refer to our service card that is placed on every machine. This card will have a 24/7 Service number posted on it. You may call us anytime if there is a problem. Please do not email us for service we will not be able to serve you on time or we may never get it. NOTE: Repairs will not be made if weather is bad such as snow. Repairs will not be made after 7:00pm unless it's a major emergency. Repairs are made 7 days a week. |

Refunds: If there is a problem with a machine and a customer losses money, We will refund that person with the amount lost. Refund Terms and Conditions Polywhite must find proof that a machine is broken in order to get refunded. Please do not call us for no reason and state that a machine is broken when it isn't. GAS IS NOT CHEAP. Polywhite is not responsible for Electrical or Water Problems that cause you to lose your money unless it has to do with the machine itself. | Same Day Service
Call us and we will do repairs on the same day of the call. You can always be sure that all of our machines will be up and running as long as we know about the issue. |

| No Empty Spots
If a machine needs a part and can't be repaired on the spot, Polywhite will swap it with athother machine that way there your never left without a machine, there always there. Polywhite also frequently upgrades old machines and replaces them with newones. So you won't have to worry about old equipment. |
